Apparently the 66-year-old judge is not a very patient man. Judge Joe showed up to a Memphis, Tenn. court to represent a client in a child custody case on March 24, but was asked to leave after court staff said they had no record of the case. That’s when things got way out of hand and Judge Joe lost it!

Judge Joe “incited a near riot” and became verbally abusive toward the judge in open court after being asked several times to pipe down, .
